Elements 2024 on Dell XPS 9345 Snapdragon

I purchased a Dell XPS 9345 laptop that has a Snapdragon X Elite X1E80100 CPU. Elements 2024 fails with Error 16. Does Elements 2024 work on this system? If Elements 2024 doesn't work, any estimated date on when it will? If Elements 2024 does work on this system, any tips on how to get past Error 16 appreciated.

The free GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP) works on Snapdragon processors. I’ve converted to GIMP as it more than meets my needs.

Error 16 is typically a permissions error. v I assume you get this error message after you install it.

from adobe:
The error occurs when permissions to application folders (Adobe PCD and SLStore) are set incorrectly.

right click on the icon used to start the editor and run with admin privledges. 

This may help: (do all this with the application closed)
