Elements 2024 - Organizer prints 4"x6" image at 3.5" x 5.6". Editor prints same image 4"x6"

Reproducable bug in Photoshop Elements 2024 - 4"x6" images printed at 3.5"x5.6"

Environment:

• Windows 10
• Elements Organizer 24.0.0.0
• Core Version: 24.0 (20230922.Git.master.31442ae)
• Language Version: 24.0 (20230922.Git.master.31442ae)

Specific Problem:

• Image print request:
  • Paper size - 4"x6"
  • Print size - 4"x6"
  • Crop to fit - Selected
• If the image is printed from Photoshop Elements 2024 Organizer, the print size is 3.5"x5.6"
• If the same image is printed from Photoshop Elements 2024 Editor, the print size is 4"x6"
• If the same image is extracted to Windows 10 and printed by the OS, the print size is 4"x6"

Additional background:

• The problem seems specific to 4"x6" prints
• I did NOT observe this problem in Photoshop Elements 2022
• Note that this problem was reported previously in Photoshop Elements 2021 and was reported as fixed in Photoshop Elements 2021.1.
• This problem occurs consistently, with any image

The obvious workaround (print the image from the Editor rather than from the Organizer) is very inconvenient when printing multiple images.

I am hopeful that Adobe decides to release an update to Photoshop Elements 2024 that resolves this issue.   Thank you!
