Elements 2024 RAW editor.

In Elements 2024 RAW editor, how can I copy adjustments from one photo to another, or to multiple others, without making the changes to all of the photos I have open in the editor. Thank you.

Do what's listed, in sequence, and you will be good to go. 
This will work with one image at a time, what ever image you choose- after you edit the first one to get whatever setting you want,  with all the images you have open in the ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) film strip.
NOTE:  I'M running acr 16.4- yours  might look a bit different, this is also dark mode in pse 2024. 

Clicking on the kebob is the important part.
