elements 2024 won't recognise files on sd card

elelments 2022 works fine with these files, I upgraded my computer and downloaded elements 2024. I can view the photos on my computer using a card reader but poto shop elements shows no valid files. I stilll have the old computer with 2022, which works with the same files but it's gettting old. So I'm disapointed with not being able to use 2024.
