Elements 2025 Printing HEIC

Hello,

I recently upgraded to Photoshop Elements 2025.   It won't print HEIC pictures.

I still have Elements 2023 installed and it prints those same pictures without issue.

What do I have to do to get Elements 2025 to print those same pictures?

I tested printing from the editor and that works fine.


Something obvious was messed up with my system.   

For others info, I ended up uninstalling the HEIF windows extension.   Reinstalling it and clearing adobe's cache.   Now HEIC files are working again.

Is this happening in the Organizer, the Editor or both?

 

At what stage is the printing failing?

Are you getting any error messages?

From the organizer.    It gives a popup that says it can't print a picture with the given filename.
