Elements 2025 Workspace Not Opening

Hi

HP Omnibook X Laptop running windows 11

I have purchased and installed Photoshop Elements 2025, however when i click on organizer,photo editor etc the box appears saying opening and after several seconds goes and nothing happens.

Can anyone help ?
