Elements 21 Editor not scrolling

Cannot see top of editor. it is stuck and will not scroll up. I have a macbook pro and using Ventura.

      After you open the Photoshop elements editor press Cmd K, then click Reset Preferences on next launch and restart the photoshop elements editor.
