I have always transfered pictures from my iPhone to Elements on my PC by using USB cable and File-GetPhotos-From Camera - since Beginning of November, the above prompt shows up and I can not transfer any pictures. Can anyone help me? I tried searching the site, I have tried each USB port on my PC, my settings on my phone have not changed....

If you click on the Select Folders button, are all of the boxes checked?  If not, check them and click the Browse button.

When I just tried this with Elements 2022, none of the boxes were checked for my iPhone.

Thanks Greg, that seems to be doing something. I checked everything and after 10 minutes of searching, it found over 20,000 files, I have about 13,000, then stopped on its own - so then I just chose one dated what I thought might be the 2023 December pictures, it goes thru like it is getting the pictures, the next screen comes on and disappears within couple of seconds. There is no batch created and nothing is transferred

Please confirm that you are talking about Elements 2022.  There is no such thing as Elements 22.

And please show us a screenshot of the Adobe Photo Downloader dialog when the phone is attached and you receive the message.

Also, on your Phone, in the Settings for Photos, scroll down to the bottom and tell us whether the Transfer to Mac or PC is set to Automatic or Keep Originals.
