Elements 23 and No Creative Cloud

Hello,

It is rumored that Photo and Premiere Elements 23 does not install Creative Cloud. I say rumored because the post by an Adobe employee says the install "should not" included CC.

To confirm, I installed P&P Elements Mac edition and CC was NOT installed. Happy Days!
