Elements 24 Error Message

I have downloaded and am using Elements 24 which is great BUT:

Every time I boot up my laptop or open PE24 I get an error message which suggests nothing will work although it has no effect on the app.  However it creates a nest of folders which I don't otherwise have: AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Common/LUTs.  The LUTs has two more folder inside it - Input and Output and both of these are empty.  How can I stop this happening?  I have completed and submitted the ino option on the error message and provided details for a response but got nothing back

Problem solved by running the creative cloud uninstaller and then running Restoro.  Thanks for the votes folks

What version of Windows are you using?

Hi Jeff and sorry for delay in reply - life's been a bit like that

I have Windows 11 22H2 latest updates applied.
