If the program was working, presumably you were able to download and install it successfully.  What were the problems that caused you to download it again?

Since I know nothing about Macs, I am going to ping @Jeff Arola another Community Expert who may be able to help when you provide more details about your issue.

Hi sorry I was about get in touch I have down loaded it again and now it
seems to be working alright. Why? I have not done anything different.

What Operating System does your computer have? (Windows 10 or 11, or Mac?)

Are you getting any error messages?

Have you tried temporarily turning off your anti-virus and firewall software?

thank you for your reply, my mac is Mac Mini 2. The program worked great for a few weeks then everything changed. As I have said I have  tried 3 times to correct what is going on  download just doesn't bring evey thing in. I have done both things you have  suggested but nothing happed. Further ideas would be much appreciated. King regards.

I have deleted Adobe 3 times o see f reloadig might help it's done nothing please help
