Elements 26 organizer and editor will not open .Nothing happens at all , no error message ,when i click on organizer or editor the blue thing goes round but nothing opens .

Hi , I have uninstalled it several times and then reinstalled it from my account , but still nothing opens . I have been using Elements for years and always update when a new one comes available . Never had this problem before .
