I have Photoshop Elements 5.0. I installed it but I'm not seeing Artwork and Effects when I open a blank file. I have the original CD installed. Is there somewhere to go to download these features. I may have messed something up on the original install.

If you go to

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\5.0\Photo Creations\artwork

is there anything in the artwork folder?

The ProgramData folder is hidden by default, so if it's still hidden, here's how to see it, if you don't already know.

Did you get any errors when installing?

First thing i would try is to right click on the Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 icon on your deesktop and click Run as administrator and see if the Artwork and Effects show.
