I had purchased photoshop elements 7 and premiere elements 7 but never used them. now yearsss later I would like to know if I can still use them? or upgrade them in anyway? I now have Windows 10. Back when I bought the bundle I paid $150. please let me know what I can do. thx

To be honest, it would probably be best to upgrade to the current photoshop elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 versions.

Since the windows 10 creator update, users have reported tons of problems using older software like pse 7 on

windows 10, although many users such as myself don't have those problems.

I guess it has yet to be determined why some users have problems and some do not when using the same

windows version.

A lot of speculation points towards a font bug in the windows 10 creators update.

Of course you can try installing your software and it might work fine.
