Elements 7 will not load completely

My Elements 7 does not load completely. I noticed it after the recent Win 10 update.

When I try to log in with Adobe ID, it gives me error 400

Does anybody have the same problem? This is all I have (below) when trying to start the app.

Has the Photoshop Elements 7 issue with Windows 10 been resolved? I have the same issue. And the Adobe help site is no help at all.

Elements 7 was released in 2008. That is 9 years ago. I doubt it will ever run on Windows 10.

Do you expect Adobe to update software that is 9 years old to run on current releases of windows?

I have this problem too! It's been a couple weeks and none of these suggestions seems to fix it.

Pour Info: je suis convaincu de la perte de "éléments 7" lors de la prise en main à distance de MICROSOFT pour le rechargement de win 10.

As tu eu se rechargement à distance?

Thank you , but this did not help. I don't really care about signing in but the actual application does not start. I can't use the Elements.
