Elements 8 not Working"error:150:30" appears on the screen

I recently purchased a new iMac desk top computer. The folks at the Apple licensed store transferred my PhotoShop Elements 8 from my laptop to the new computer. When I click on  the PSE icon to open it, the message : "error 150:30" appears and won't allow me to open it. It then tells me to contact adobe, but I can't find anything on their website that addresses the situation. Any suggestions? Thanks.
