Elements 8 upgrade to 15

Im not too computer literate. My ex set up my computer with Elements 8 in 2011. I have Windows 7 Premium with Service Pack 1. It is a 32 bit OS. I have purchased Elements 15 but can't run because it wants 64 bit OS.

Can I run 15 on 32 bit OS? if not what Elements can I upgrade to?

Photoshop Elements 15 requires 64 bit.

Photoshop Elements 14 was the last version for 32 bit, but Adobe no longer sells it.
