Elements 9 GIF Support link broken

Question

HelloI require the file GifEL.8BI as linked to in this article - Error opening animated GIF files as layers​ - however the link is giving a 404. Is there another source for this file or can someone who already has it provide me with it at all?Thanks.

Try this link.Can't open animated GIF files as layers | Photoshop Elements 9 | Windows Then right click on the GifEL.8BI and click Save Link As (or the equivalent in your browser)
