Elements 9 - Organizer will not Function

I upgraded to MS W10. I have the CD and Serial Number. The program installs OK. However when I open the Organizer I get message "Directx could be initiated"

I have removed Directx and reinstalled fro MS website several times and still continue to get the same message.

    This is a typical effect of the last Windows 10 upgrades.

    Your solution corrected my problem immediately and I have now populated my

    Organizer.
