Elements can't find photo locations

I changed hard drives and now elements thinks my photos are on a drive I no longer have. How to fix? Can I delete the current catalog and start over? Originally files were on H:\ and now they are on M:\.

Correct answer Greg_S.

If you don't mind losing some of the database information contained in the files originally on the old drive, then yes, simply create a new catalog and import all of the files from the new drive.  If you want to give us some more information about the database information you may want to keep, such as face recognition, keyword tagging etc., we can make some more complex and time-consuming suggestions.

To create a new catalog, go to File>Manage Catalogs and click the New button.  Let us know if you need more information.

This worked great. Now everything is in one place and PSE knows where they
are. Thanks for your help.

@waylander689 I don't use Photoshop Elements, but in Windows disk management you can change the drive letter of the new disk back to H, if it's unused

When I added the new larger drive (M), I just moved the pictures folder to it. That was over a year ago. During that time I've been adding files. So Elements think some files are in the old drive (H), and some in (M). I didn't realize until recently. What I would like to do is make sure all my photos to the same place and start with a clean catalog. Do you know how to do this safely?  Thanks
