Does Elements 2022 work with Windows 11 without the "Cloud"?

I don't know specifically about Windows 11, but unless you have a really strong aversion to having the free cloud application on your desktop, it is best to leave it alone and ignore it.  Removing it may cause problems with Elements updates and licensing.
