Elements Crashing...

I have installed the Elements update thinking that may stop the issue...I can open Elements but I click on one thing and it crashes. Over and over again. Any solutions???

Could you please provide the below information:

1) Which version of Elements are you using?

2) What was the update that you have updated to?

3) What is the OS platform that you are using?

4) Have you tried reinstalling the product, as it reverts back the software to the base version, if it is below Elements 2019.

5) Is there a particual operation, on which the software crashes?

6) Any Error dialog or message that you can see after the crash?

7) Have you submitted a crash report after the crash?

version of Elements:

crashes when I go to click on something…doesn’t matter what tool I’m trying to use in the Editor.

version of OS that I’m using:

It does not give me a crash error dialog or message

I have send crash reports. repeatedly.
