Elements Editor quit enexpectedly

have photo deadlines and recently purchasee Adobe Elements Editor and now, true to the reviews I have read, the software will not work.

I have restarted the computer. It should

work.

    Please try keeping Cmd + Shift + Option keys pressed while launching Editor. A dialog will pop up asking to Delete Photoshop Elements Settings file? Say Yes.

    If the problem still persists, requesting you to please attach the crash logs here.
