RE:  Adobe Elements 2022

All of a sudden whenever I open a photo in the Filter Gallery, whether Artistic or even the Camera Distortion Correction, the images always come up in a tiled view instead of as single images that can be edited.  Is there a setting anywhere to flip this back to a single image view or is the software corrupted?

Correct answer Greg_S.

Elements 2022 has a number of issues with Sonoma OS.  It looks like this is one of them. You will either have to roll back the OS or wait for Elements 2024 to be released.  We won't know until then whether Elements 2024 is fully compatible with Sonoma.  Don't expect Adobe to fix something that Apple broke.  And don't hold your breath waiting for Apple to fix Sonoma so that it can run a program that was being sold in the Apple Store less than 2 years ago.

Thanks Greg for your response.  Dissappointing to hear about this issue, but now that you mention it there have been some other minor quirks going on with Elements of late, so your answer sounds spot on.  I can still manage to use it for the most part, but will have to access my laptop to use those processes not working.  I'm a fine art photographer, so use Elements all the time.  Typical having to take one step forward while taking two steps back.  Frustrating.  I appreciate your taking the time in getting back to me! - Jay B.

What operating system are you using?

You can try a preferences reset by going to Adobe photoshop Elements 2022 Editor>Settings (Preferences)>General (mac) or Edit<Preferences>General (windows) clicking Reset Preferences on next launch and restarting the photoshop elements editor.
