Elements integration with Logitech Creative Console

Dear Customer Service Team,
I’m a long-time user of your products, and I truly value the innovation you’ve brought to the creative workspace. I’m reaching out regarding a frustrating gap between two excellent tools in your ecosystems: Adobe Photoshop Elements and the Logitech MX Creative Console (Crown).
I currently use Photoshop Elements 25.0 on macOS, and I had hoped to use the Logitech Crown to streamline common actions like adjusting brush size, zooming, and switching tools — much like it works in full Photoshop. However, despite Elements sharing much of Photoshop’s core functionality, there appears to be no native or even fallback support for Creative Console input in Photoshop Elements.
The lack of official support from either side (Adobe or Logitech) leaves otherwise powerful tools underutilised, especially for users who don’t require a full Creative Cloud subscription but still want to invest in professional hardware and software.
I respectfully urge you to consider:
Adding Photoshop Elements to the list of officially supported apps for the Logitech Crown.
Allowing custom tool mapping or keystroke control in Logi Options+ that recognises Photoshop Elements windows.
Providing documentation or a workaround for advanced users seeking to integrate the Crown manually.
I believe this small compatibility improvement would have a large impact on users who prefer a focused, local-editing experience without the overhead of Creative Cloud.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I’d be very happy to assist with beta testing or sharing more detailed use cases if it helps move this forward.
Sincerely,
Chris
