Elements keeps cropping photos?

I am using Elements 9. It used to print fine on my old computer. I swapped computers and reinstalled Elements. Now it crops photos a little all around. I don't have it set for borderless or crop to fit. Any idea what the problem is?

Thanks, it seemed to help. But I still need to measure exactly and make sure. I just eyeballed it for now.

I used the reset functions on Element one by one as I could not figure out how to reset with the link.

HI Daniel,

Please try resetting the application preferences as mentioned at Preference file locations for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements

It would revert all the settings to default.
