Elements keeps saying it is unlicenced.

I purchased Elements 15 for my new computer to go along with CC Photoshop I have on the cloud. The program keeps running for a few days and than stops and says it is unlicensed go to the Editor and update the license. I can find no way to update the license and when I go to the web site it says I have no program registered.  In the editor certain functions are turned off as well. When I reload the program it again runs for a few days like maybe its a trial version than stops and says to update the license. I have entered the code

I have used Photoshop for like the past 15 years so I am no new to it. What am I missing. It's been two months now and I have gotten nowhere.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank You

I am getting the same message in relation to PSE 12.

Just wasted 30 minutes in a chat with the support team.

They directed me to a link to redownload the file, but ACCESS DENIED!

Hi,

Was this the link that you tried?

Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

When you install PSE 12, you need to sign in to your Adobe Id and enter your licence number (starts with 1057).

If PSE is installed, go to editor, from the Help menu select Sign In - Enter your Adobe Id & password then the licence key.

Brian

Sign in is greyed out, I appear to be able to use editor.
