Elements on Windows Tablets

I'm thinking of getting a Samsung Galaxy Book 12 (Windows 10) and would like to know if Elements would work with it.

I quite like the idea of using the Samsung S pen for editing my images i.e. selective adjustments etc.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone that has experience of with Elements on a tablet, good or bad.

Yes since it runs a full desktop version of Windows 10.
