Elements Organiser 2020 crashes on start-up. Mac High Sierra 10.13.6

Hi,

I've had this problem for a week now - ever since I purchased Adobe Elements 2020 and Premiere 2020. Both of these launch fine but Organiser crashes on start-up. I've tried multiple fix attempts, all without success. This is the crash report:
