Elements Organizer 12

Hi.  Can't figure this out and cannot find anything anywhere dealing with this issue.  I can backup My Catalog no problems.  Takes a lot longer than you would suspect for it to backup and I've been able to determine what's happening.  As it is backing up the catalog and files, it treats all video files that have been auto-analysed as scene groups as separate files and backs up each copy of that video file.  While those video files that have not been automatically split in video scenes are handled normally, those that have been created as a video group are the ones that get duplicated multiple times (depending upon how many scene groups the file has been split into).  On the restore, the program now copies each video file that was grouped into scenes multiple times, numbering them -1, -2, -3 etc.  This is what is adding much more time to the backup and restore process.  Plus to mention, now have to go into the file directories and manually delete each multiple occurrence of the video file and then delete them in the catalog within Organizer. 

I cannot seem to find any setting that would turn this off and not backup video scenes within the video group.
