Elements Organizer 14: Crashes when importing files

New installation on my reimaged Windows 10 machine. My installation has the latest Adobe product and Windows maintenance installed. The following information is written to the windows event log.

It could be due to a faulty or corrupt video file. Are you starting over with an empty catalog or are you using a backup of an earlier catalog?
