Elements Organizer 2018 stops working after pop-up-windows

Dear all,

I use Elements Organizer 2018 on an iMac since about 2 months. Since a few days the program stops working whenever a Elements pop-up-window appears. The application has to be shut down the hard way then, after restart everything is fine, until the next pop-up-windows appears, e. g. window where to load/safe catalogues.

I already de-installed the program completely yesterday and then reinstalled - unfortunately without any success.

Could you please let me know what to do.
