Elements Organizer 2020 Face Recognition not working for Videos

Created a new catalog.  FR completed on about 70,000 photos.  An additional 30,000 videos added, but facial recognition did not process on videos.

Does anyone have an idea on how to troubleshoot so FR runs on the videos?  I've done the basic click/unclick photos/videos in People View Setting, but no luck.
