Elements organizer 2020 not loading.

Downloaded elements and premiere. When I select Video Editor it loads with no problem,  Photo editor also loads ok, however organizer says "Loading the elements organizer Workspace" for around 30sec then nothing. I have uninstalled, upadated windows, done virus check, cleaned computer.. reloaded several times but nothing..  I have HP I7 laptop, latest windows 10, adobie elemnts 2020. 

I have tried everything and sepnt 2 days on this but nothing. 

In my program files/Adobe i have Element and premiere but no organizer?
