Elements Organizer open and close suddenly

Hello,

I have an issue when trying to open Elements Organizer 2018 When I launch the app, it is loading, opening and then suddenly closing and returning to desktop without an error.

I already updated the drivers of my desktop, restored it, but nothing works.

My wife has 6000 pictures and a very organized catalog, so she don't want to lose it.
