Elements & Premiere 2020 bundle will not install

I purchased the Elements bundle in 2020. I need to move it to a Windows 11 machine. Now I get an error message.

"Update required

Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system."

I have the latest Chrome and Edge versions. I do not use or have IE on the machine. How do I install Photoshop and Premier Elements?

what Peru Bob says is spot on- it just seems to work-- Adobe isn't even really sure how it fixes it, but it does. Install it, and forget about it. Zero concern about "getting signed up" for and subscription based stuff.

I had to install the Creative Cloud App to install PSE 2018 in Windows 11:
