elements problem

I have a copy of Photoshop Elements 11 and have been using it for several years on an HP desktop. I recently acquired a new computer and installed Elements 11 on it. It was working fine for about a week but today when I brought up the program to edit some images the image box and the top and side task bars were so small you would have to use a magnifying glass to see them. I played around to see if I could find the cause but was unsuccessful. The computer I had been using had Windows 7. The new computer has windows 10. Elements 11 might not be compatible with Windows 10 but everything was working perfectly for a while. The screen resolution is 3840 x 2160 and the screen size is 150%. I played with the screen size but it didn'e affect the elements display. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Adobe introduced preference settings for hi dpi displays, in later versions.

You could download PSE 2019 and try it free for 30 days.

Try a pref setting of 200 per cent.
