Elements spot healing brush circle visibility

Hi there,

Is there a way to increase the visibility of the circle of the spot healing brush? In both color and black and white images, the thin outline of the circle is only visible sometimes, depending on the colors/shades within the photo. 

I'm on an imac with OS Catalina, using Elements 2021.
