Elements Stuck in All Caps

Hi,

I am having an issue with Elements stuck in all caps when trying to enter new text.

I've tried the steps of resetting the preferences and also resetting the tools. This didn't work for me at all.

What else can I do to resolve this?

Your help is sincerely appreciated as I am working on a deadline.
