Elements text stuck in all CAPS

I can't seem to get out of all caps in elements. Ive tried resetting the tools, I've tried shift ctrl H and shift ctrl Y which I've seen on other inquiries were supposed to work... I just can't figure this out.

Nevermind, I had to change the font... That was the first thing I tried but then changed it back to try all the other things so one of those other things must have worked but I didn't try the font change after doing the other stuff.
