Bought this online a few hours ago to download which fails every time I try. It quite blandly says it is not ready with no indication as to why, what I or Adobe should do about the problem.

I'm not familiar with on line purchasing from Adobe, is this how they normally treat orders. They have been quick enough to send through confirmation and acceptance of order, presumably with no human intervention, it is a little worrying that the software hasn't followed as quickly.

The site I ordered from was as a result of an Adobe e-mail and the download site was https and seemed to know who I was so I don't understand why there is the delay in providing the down load.

Hs anyone else had similar problems ?  What did you do?
