Elements V18 Download to new computer

My most recent purchase is PSE purchased in Oct 2019, V 18.

I tried to download Elements v 18 to my new laptop, but I've loaded it on too many computers. I have two computers I use now, both laptops. PSE is loaded on one but the newer one doesn't allow it. These are the only two I use and I understand I can't use them at the same time.

How do I get the most recent one working,

If you have the program loaded on a computer that is no longer available to deactivate, you may be out-of-luck. I am still trying to determine under what circumstances the offline activation process will work. You may want to give this Helpx article a shot first.

If you have it loaded on a computer that you no longer use, you need to deactivate it on that computer.
