Elements v24 license query and current Amzon uk Deal

Hi Everyone

Currently Amazon have a Black Friday deal on Photoshop Elements v24 discounted to £45, however their listing says you can only install on 1 device. Adobe's site details mention the more usual arrangement where the software can be installed to 2 device but not to be used concurrently - Which licence type applies? I tend to think it will be the Adobe statement re 2 device but just would like confirmation from anyone who has taken up the uk Amazon deal.

Adobe have a Black Friday deal running to Nov 24th but I couldn't find Elements v24 listed as included in the deal, they appear to be selling at the usual non-discount sum of £86! This seems very odd and I don't really believe it. Anyone in the uk who can confirm?
