Elements won't install Camera Raw 10.3

Question

I am trialing Elements V16 and after telling it to install updates it show Camera RAW as being 10.2

I have downloaded Camera RAW 10.3 and installed it seperately but elements still won't recognise it.

Have you any ideas what I can do as Elements won't read my camera until 10.3 is installed?

As far as i know, adobe hasn't released the 10.3 camera raw update for pse 2018 as of this posting.

What operating system are you using?

Can you give a link to where you got the 10.3 camera raw installer?

In the meantime you could use the 10.3 adobe dng converter to convert your camera raw files to dng copies which then pse 2018 should open.
