When I access a topic in eLive I initially get a blue Windows screen which then turns white but no detail of the topic chosen. This problem is not limited to Elements or Adobe but I wonder if anyone has experienced a sismilar problem and has a cure.

I have re-installed Windows 10 and Elements 13 but to no avail.

Any help appreciated

    Appears that Microsoft Edge had become corrupted and that is used to rum

    eLive. M Edge has now been repaired and all is ok.
