Having problems with eLive. If you select a topic a blue sub-screen appears which then turns white but there is no image or text. Have re-installed Windows 10 and Elements but to no avail. Anybody else experienced this

    Appears Microsoft Edge had become corrupted and that drives the eLive

    subjects. Files now not corrupted and all working ok.

    Hi,

    Could you please provide me the browser which you are working with as your default browser also provide us the version of windows 10 and PSE version.

    eLive is working OK for me with PSE15 on W10. Try using a different browser. You may need to set it as the default. Here is one link from eLive to test.

    The link you have provided works fine, thanks. My problem is not restricted

    to eLive and indeed eLive worked ok until sometime earlier this year. I

    only discovered the problem when the last tutorial was loaded.

    If I go to You Tube I have no problem running any of the tutorials and I am

    at a loss o understand where/what the problem is.
