Email configuration in Elements Organizer 2023 to share pictures fault
When i try to configure the email to my gmail account it pops up a message saying i have used invalid credentials. Please check my email address and password, then try again. ( Validation fail). As I understand it a security upgrade does not allow gmail to work when trying to share photos directly from the organiser share menu. This issue has been around for more than one upgrade to the adobe suite but it would appear adobe are ignoring it. Why have it there if it does not work? I am thinking there might be a work around. hard to find it as adobe "help" never changes for the better
As shown below, it says to select "app passwords". There is no such thing appearing on the page. I tried selecting Passkey and security key but the system said I cannot create a passkey on my device (A PC desktop)
- Under "How you sign in to Google," select 2-Step Verification.
- At the bottom of the page, select App passwords.
