Email issues from Adobe Elements 12.0

New Windows 10 PC and a fresh install of Elements. Tried to Share an image from Organizer. Email Attachment or Photo Mail, give the same message: Sharing via Email using Adobe Email Service is no longer supported. I am directed to Edit preferences, Sharing to select a different email client. The issue is that the only client option is the Adobe Email Service.

What am I missing?

The latest version is Elements 2023 (which is the marketing name for version 21).

Tell your friend to expect some differences from version 12.

You're missing about 9 versions of Elements.  As you have found, the Adobe mail server that allowed you to send emails via the program is no longer in service.  And, as far as I can tell, the only other options would be to use Microsoft Outlook or Windows Live Mail as your email client.

If you don't have either of those programs, then you can simply click and drag a photo from the Organizer grid to whatever email client you use, such as Windows Mail.  Or use the email client's attachment/insert dialog to navigate to the email you want to send.

I suspected as much. It's actually for a friend amd with the new PC etc, the issue has come up. I have suggested he go ahead and upgrade or buy the latest version. Is 15 the latest now?
