email problem. Admin problem

Using windows Elements 10 version.  Have send many photos as email attachments. Last session before sending email I was asked to provide email username and password. Answered question wrong several times. I can no longer send email attachments. Error message suggests I contact Administrator?? Help greatly appreciated
