Enlarge 24 page PDF file & print double sided A4

I bought a new tv which came with a very small manual A5 size which is very difficult to read.  I would like to import the PDF which is is 24 pages long.  I want to print the manual as 24 A4 size double sided pages.

How do I do this?

    Use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC instead of photoshop elements.

    That is open the pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and print from there.

    Photoshop elements is not made to print multiple page files like pdfs.
